Durban – In a move that left on lookers speechless at Durban beach,a teenage girl identified as Kelly Zulu was allegedly seen removing her pa_nties at the popular beach as onlookers took turns to record a live Facebook video,with others taking photos,especially middle-aged men.

The video,which garnered over 15 000 views within a short space of time has made Kelly an overnight celebrity.However,the teenager has since blamed alcohol for her actions and has since apologized.
