At just about 9h00 on saturday 23 September 2017, Netcare 911 responded to information of a very grave collision at the intersection of Voortrekker and Shannon roads in Noordheuwel, Krugersdorp.

Reports from the scene point towards that Rapulana seiphemo vehicle and another were involved in a head-on collision. The incident and preceding events will form part of a police investigation.
Generations Actor rapulana was in a serious condition and had sustained several injuries.

he was attended to by a Netcare 911 Advanced Life Support paramedic and analgesic medication was administered to manage his pain.
